961  如果ret则返回:ret
964  如果f_mode按位与le is open for writing 且f_flags按位与O_TRUNC则
965  ret等于dyn_events_release_all - Release all specific events*@type: the dyn_event_operations * which filters releasing events* This releases all events which ->ops matches @type
966  如果ret小于0则返回:ret
970  返回:seq_open(file, & probes_seq_op)
