rcu_sched_clock

函数名称：Check to see if the scheduling-clock interrupt came from an extended* quiescent state, and, if so, tell RCU about it. This function must* be called from hardirq context. It is normally called from the* scheduling-clock interrupt.

函数原型：void rcu_sched_clock_irq(int user)

Note a quiescent state for PREEMPT=n. Because we do not need to know* how many quiescent states passed, just if there was at least one since* the start of the grace period, this just sets a flag. The caller must* have disabled preemption.

否则如果->next pointer of last "done" CB. 不等于->next pointer of last CB. 则
