Name:arest_hardwall_ancestor() - Returns the nearest mem_exclusive or* mem_hardwall ancestor to the specified cpuset. Call holding* callback_lock. If no ancestor is mem_exclusive or mem_hardwall* (an unusual configuration), then returns the root cpuset.
