task_nice_ioclass

函数名称：This is for the case where the task hasn't asked for a specific IO class.* Check for idle and rt task process, and return appropriate IO class.

函数原型：static inline int task_nice_ioclass(struct task_struct *task)

返回类型：int

如果policy恒等于SCHED_ISO: reserved but not implemented yet 则返回:IOPRIO_CLASS_IDLE

否则如果task_is_realtime(task)则返回:IOPRIO_CLASS_RT
