1150  flag等于如果warntype恒等于Block hardlimit reached 或warntype恒等于Block grace time expired 则uid/gid has been warned about blk limit 否则如果warntype恒等于Inode hardlimit reached 或warntype恒等于Inode grace time expired 则uid/gid has been warned about inode limit 否则0
1155  如果非flag则返回:0
1157  返回:st_and_set_bit - Set a bit and return its old value*@nr: Bit to set*@addr: Address to count from* This is an atomic fully-ordered operation (implied full memory barrier).
