函数名称：Is it an unrecognized ioctl? The correct returns are either* ENOTTY (final) or ENOIOCTLCMD ("I don't know this one, try a* fallback"). ENOIOCTLCMD gets turned into ENOTTY by the ioctl* code before returning.
