2735  如果bfq_bfqq_busy(bfqq)且RB_EMPTY_ROOT( & sorted list of pending requests )且bfqq不等于 bfq_queue in service 则Called when the bfqq no longer has requests pending, remove it from* the service tree. As a special case, it can be invoked during an* expiration.
2739  Task holds one reference to the queue, dropped when task exits. Each rq* in-flight on this queue also holds a reference, dropped when rq is freed.* Scheduler lock must be held here. Recall not to use bfqq after calling* this function on it.
